Every so often I’ll do quick reviews on fitness classes to fit in during your travels that will make you sing, girl look at that body. I work out…

305 Fitness is one I’ve been dying to try for a while. A dance party is always a good idea and turning dance into a heart-pounding, sexy, highly energetic cardio work out is the best idea.

305 Fitness goes one step further from a typical dance class and turns your workout into an actual party. With a live DJ and ever-changing disco lighting, you’ll feel like you’re at da club and before you know it, you’ve just burned hundreds of calories.

Tom was my insanely talented, adorable, sexual, charming teacher and he MADE the class. His resume alone is enough reason to want to meet him – he starred in Flashdance the Musical and Queen of the Night. For the love of dance and theatre, go take his class!

Minimal dance experience required as you’re following along the entire time, so you don’t have to learn and memorize a full dance routine. You’ll get the most out of class if you let loose, don’t care if you look silly, and pretend you’re Beyoncé.

What to Wear

Gym shoes and anything that allows you to move it, move it. And I highly suggest something you feel sexy in, where you can really walk the walk. Crop tops, Lululemon, yoga pants, a leotard, shorts… anything goes!
